WHEN DO I BID PROVIDE HELP?

YYou will be match to provide help to a participant who need help within 24 hours of making an offer to provide help. Please don’t make offer to provide help if the money is not available. Failure to provide help within 12 hours after you have been matched, would lead to an automatic suspension of your account. And you will denied access back into the system.

WHEN WILL I GET HELP?

You GetHelp on the 3rd day after confirmed recommitment. Confirmed recommitment leads to unfrozen of GH amount .......your GH order will be merged under 5 to 48hrs after confirmed recommitment.

WHAT HAPPENS TO PARTICIPANTS THAT FAIL TO FULFILL THEIR BIDING PLEDGE?

If you fail to pay after you are matched to PH, your account will be suspended instantly. If you Don't have money, do not ask to bid to donate, if you have donated and you don’t have money, cancel it. NOTE you will also lose access to your account if recommitment is not fulfilled ..To unblock such account contact support.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PERSON I WANT TO PH TO IS UNAVAILABLE?

Upload proof of payment then send us a MAIL to support Marked as URGENT , for account to be confirmed automatically. NOTE that the Proof of Payment must be legit.

CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS?

No, Axiomify is strict with multiple account

WHAT HAPPENS IF BIDER FAILS TO PAY ME?

Bider are always given a maximum of 12 hours to make payments: if he/her fails to do so ,the persons account will automatically be suspended and you will be rematched to another donor or be put back on the queue while a match is found for you.
